Thomas W. Callinan
Thomas W. Callinan is the founder and president of Urban Pacific Properties, Inc., doing business as Pacific Union Development Company. His vision for the company is to utilize land and existing buildings to meet the various real estate demands of an urban market. Mr. Callinan’s primary responsibility is to direct the company’s development operations. In addition, he oversees the ongoing activity of Urban Pacific Properties’ management company.

Mr. Callinan is a graduate of Marquette University and served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. He spent two years as Assistant Program Director with Catholic Relief Services in East Africa, where he was introduced to co-op housing. He then joined First Interstate Mortgage Company as Vice President, where he directed the financing of residential developments.

Mr. Callinan assisted Dominican University in the development of its new master plan and the design and construction of the new recreation facility and student housing.
